Pretty happy with Tye and his crew. They did a phenomenal job fixing a drainage issue at my mom‘s house and instructed me that I didn’t need what I thought I did at my house which saved me a lot of money but also solved my problem. I also got multiple quotes and found them to be the most informed with fair pricing. Communicated well also with scheduling which is always appreciated and helpful.

We had our gutters buried and routed away from our house with pop-ups for drainage and river rock installed around the house. We got a couple quotes from different vendors and All Green was, by far, the most thoughtful about the job and how to do it properly. Tye spent a good deal of time with us beforehand and followed up professionally. When it came time to do the work, he and his crew were on time, very professional, and took extra care to keep our property in good shape. In the end, everything came out beautifully. We would absolutely recommend them and will use them again for our future property needs.

I understand businesses want to prevent non-payment, but All Green Lawn Sprinklers now asks for a credit card just to book an appointment--even after we explained we pay in cash (and did). That feels UNSAFE and UNNECESSARY. We’ve paid by cash/check for over 10 years and always pay on the spot, so there’s no reason to keep our card on file for one appointment per year. Please find a way to handle non-payments rather than pushing away customers who consistently pay. Edit for clarity and my neighbors also share this concern about keeping credit card info on file for customers who reliably pay by cash or check. Please don’t penalize long-time paying customers because others don’t pay.

We called All Green after having scheduling problems with our previous servicer. The office staff quickly returned our call and got us scheduled a few days later. They were friendly and communicative about what to expect. Robert came out on a hot, sunny Friday afternoon for what he (and we) thought would be a straightforward job: fixing a small leak and potentially decommissioning a zone. I don’t know where to begin my praises. I had a contractor come to my property to put in French drains the same Contractor cut some lines, then reattach the same lines that ended up attaching a dead sprinkler to my neighbors property. When Harley from All Green Sprinklers came to fix this. He spoke with Contractor and said Contractor denied everything. Harley called me. He told me don’t worry about it. Here’s what I’m going do. I’m going fix everything Harley was the same person that made sure that the sprinkler line was cut off so clearly, my contractor was lying, but Harley said don’t worry I’m going to fix it. I’ve been with All Green Sprinklers for 13 years and every single one of their technicians has been absolutely above and beyond a 10 !!! I would recommend this company 10 fold. A
