I have had trouble with my freezer as it completely died after one month owning it. Tried for 10 days to get hold of Fridgidaire finally got someone. It was really difficult to get a hold of anyone at Fridgidaire. Finally Tuesday late afternoon a gentleman calls me and says can I come and check your freezer… I say yes of course because it Has to be fixed or it Has to be replaced one of the two. This man came into the home and within 12 minutes give or take told me you can’t fix this freezer. No charge and he says we’ll get hold of you before the end of the day to give you a work order number and heads up on what might happen. I had problems with my dryer.. insurance sent me with ALL IN ONE .. WHITE GUY CAME TO CHECK AND ORDER THE PART . REPLACEF IT IN THREE DAYS.. BUT REMOVED THE DRAIN HOSE FROM MY WASHER.. WHICH WAS NOT IN THE WAY OR ANYTHING YO DO WITH THE REPAIR.. AND WHEN WE USED THE WASHER.. AT DRAINING CYCLE.. IT SPILLED OUT ON TO THE FLOOR AND FLOODED MY WHOLE LAUNDRY ROOM.. MY WIFE AND I HAD TO MOP UP ALL OF THAT WATER AND IT TOOK US AT LEAST TWO HOURS NOT MENTIONING THE DAMAGE IT CAUSED TO THE FLOOR AND WALLS .. I WILL COMPLAIN TO MY INSURANCE THAT NOT TO BE USING THAT SERVICE PLACE EVER !!

James arrived in the allotted time frame and quickly and professionally checked and solved the issue with the refrigerator. He also checked another issue we were having with the refrigerator shelving and resolved it. Very polite and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to call them again but I will rest assured that they will take care of the need if we do.

This is the worst place to call for service. My experience has not been pleasant at all. The first day they were supposed to show up for their appointment they were a no show. Once the time frame they gave me for them to show was up, I called to see what was going on. I spoke with James when I called and he showed up right away and apologized so I was okay with that since I know things happen. My dryer still needed service after that first visit so I scheduled an appointment. James did show up one other time but my dryer still needs service. Since then there has been a few other no shows. I would say in total there has been about 4 no shows. I have been given the same excuse a few times that the technician ran behind on their work so it got too late. After two other companies could not fix my washer (or told me nothing was wrong with it) All In One did. They came out on time, ordered a part and the next week came back and completed the job. GREAT service.
