All In One Locksmith

This was the most frustrating experience I have had. I requested a deadbolt lock. I was texted 2 pictures. I requested the first picture. Installed price was given at $220. The tech was unfriendly, installed the wrong lock. It locked one time and we could not get it to lock again. I called to complain. I did not want the same tech to fix it. He was the one who called back. He argued with me about what I ordered. I have text pictures to prove what I requested. When I called to request a refund I got a sincere apology, but no action. Once I submitted the review I then was offered a partial refund. The refund was $301 of $381. I still was not happy, but it was better than nothing. I called the technician that same day and told him my front door lock wasn’t locking completely. He said he’d get in touch with me and come back. He never did. I called the company twice to send someone to fix the problem and they said they would have the technician call me. Nobody ever called me. Don’t hire them. There lots of locksmith companies out there. The person who came did a shitty job. Now I have to chisel it and fix it myself.

I called All In One Locksmith to replace my key fob for my Camaro. The gentleman said, he would have the technician Victor contact me with an ETA. Soon after Victor called, he arrived at specified time. He was very kind, professional and had the job done quickly. Victor noticed that my engine light was on ( which I knew about). I told him I had the car worked on for that reason and after several thousand dollars light is still on. Victor said, he would run a diagnostic and he found the problem and shut the engine light off. Now that the engine light was out, he could show me how to start the car with the key fob. How amazing that Victor took the time to go above and beyond what he was there for. I recently purchased a new apartment. I forgot to make arrangements to have the locks changed. I called and was able to get same day service. The tech called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Adam was pleasant, detailed and professional. I am thrilled with his work.
