The HVAC system went down on our rental during some of the coldest days of the year and the snow storm. Kopen took care of the problem and restored heat for our tenant. Great service and very much appreciated. Easy payment through email invoicing as well.

Never will use this company again started with my furnace blower was replaced in December it started squealing and finally got him to come back right before the snow still didn’t finish said he would be back never heard from him again but he got his money paid up front won’t answer there texts I just feel like I’ve been taken supposed to have sent things to my home warranty company they said they did still haven’t received anything from them

I needed my A/C unit worked on during the hottest month of the year. They came out & put some electrical tape on my outside unit. My indoor unit is still leaking. They said they would get back to me about resolving the issues & never did. Just stopped answering my calls & emails. I’ve truly never been more disappointed. If you are looking for professionalism & customer service, I don’t think you will find it here.
