All Inclusive Concrete Systems

After getting quotes and interviewing 8 contractors. John is the ONLY honest ones that did not salivate when he sees the size of my home. He knew what is doing and always did the extras with care and diligence. It started with a concrete pour in part of the backyard as it has some already. He did it perfectly and also corrected previous mistake by the original builder. As you can see the color was perfectly matched across the entire area and he did the two tone and cut the edge of the pool and stained it a different color and the accuracy was impressive. The diamond shaped walking path was a difficult calculation and they did it instantly which shows how experienced they are. I was so impressed with their work, I gave them all the curbing and all the syn lawn work as well as the rock pour

The work that was shown on their site is my home. months later the finished simply peeled off. When they return under warranty, they over sprayed on the walls and had to come back to repaint my walls. Then the stained concrete peeled and chipped again and again. Every time they HONOR their warranty, i was place in the back of their appointment book meaning i waited months before they return. In a 6 year period since they stained my pool area and front courtyard, i might have a total of 15 months when their finish actually was good. It would range anywhere from a few months to the last time just 2 weeks before the stain started to bubble and chip. They blamed it on paint supplier, temperature too hot or too cold which is by their choosing as i went along as they only want to some and honor

I 100% recommend this company for all your concrete needs! I had my back patio redone, stamped, and stained. Joe answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me a great price. Nemo obviously takes great pride in doing an exceptional job and is a true asset to this company. I'm above and beyond happy with my new back patio and can't wait to show it off to all my friends and family. I will definitely be using AIC for my future concrete needs.

I would highly recommend this company. They are very honest which is more then I can say about the first company that came out. John Porreca was knowledgeable and honest. First company came out and stated I needed 325 sq ft of pavers.....at $2600. John came out and said 270 sq ft which is what I measured. We ended up cutting out 30 sq ft and John's quote came back at $1600 and they finish moving rocks and dirt. It's nice to know some contractors in this town are honest! These guys are the best at what they do at the most affordable price. They very professional, fast, and accommodating. I highly recommend their services and I would definitely use them again in the future. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
