I would recommend that if you require such services for restoration from water damage, that you may want to consider using another company. I've had two experiences where the results failed to meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I live in a community where I don't have the option of getting to choose which company will do the restoration work. As like anything else "the price is right" and not the quality of the work that counts. On two occasions, I needed repairs to sheetrock due to water damage. One was for the inside of my condo, the other was for the inside of my garage. Both times, I was informed that only one day is needed for the repairs. Restoration and contracting work is lazy and inconsistent. Cleaning crews cut a lot of corners. Don’t waste your time or money.

Poor customer service. They take your call but never get back to you. They had their machines in my condo for over a week and never once thought to call me to come get them out
