All My Sons Moving & Storage

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company. They arrived three hours late without proper communication. While packing up my old apartment, they broke the living room light fixture and did not fix it or take responsibility. When we arrived at my new place, I was suddenly told I would be charged $1,000 for only eight items. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. I felt like I had no choice but to pay because they were essentially holding my belongings hostage until payment was made. It only got worse from there. When unloading, they told me one of the dressers was “too heavy” and that I would need to unload it and bring everything inside myself because they weren’t going to do it. What an amazing company. Thank you for your reliable service. This was a spur of the moment move and All My Sons movers came through like family! They kept us up-to-date as the moving project progressed; and, they stayed true to their estimated quote and timeframe for pickup and delivery. It was very important that the item transported was handled with care. Apparently their team experience shown and everything came together. I trust them because even though I was on travel their company flowed with my request and got the project DONE! without any hiccups and we enjoyed because we had peace of mind. Again I appreciate their accountability and faithful support. Great customer service! We will definitely use their services again.

My mother scheduled for us to be moved two separate houses and was quoted $159 per hour to move us when the movers arrived. They had a signed paperwork without really going over everything and explaining the price in the fees that go along with it When they got us all packed up and got us to our new house they refused to unload our stuff until they were paid in full, which was $3700. For this type of money, you would expect complete professionalism. And explanation of how much every single service is gonna cost instead we were given A quote through email Of $159 an hour they left trash all over the house and broke the frame on the front door. I urge everyone that uses this company to make sure you understand their pricing and have it explained to you which they did not do for us

What a nightmare experience I had with All My Sons. ! I was told that I had a large enough truck to move from Florida to Texas. I sent in (prior to my move) photos, inventory, video, and FaceTime of my items. I told the sales person on the phone that I didn’t believe the truck she was sending was big enough truck for my move. She reassured me it was big enough. I had to figure out the rest on my own when they had filled up the truck without 1/2 my stuff. I actually had to leave some furniture behind that I am having to ship separately. A move that was suppose to cost me $7000.00+ cost me an additional $4725.99!!! I am not happy! Also, feel very taken advantage of by their mistake of the wrong size truck. They do this every day!! In addition to the price, at the new home (newly built)

Joseph & JD exceeded my expectations. These guys are exceptional! However. I will not use All My Sons Moving & Storage again. The company sent 2 guys for a 3-4 man job. When I scheduled the move 2 weeks prior to the scheduled moving date, I explained in detail the amount of furniture I have including large pieces, & also have a garage. When Joseph & JD were contacted & told they were out of hours, JD explained we still had a truck full & I asked to speak to the representative. I was charged $2,400 due to not enough movers scheduled for a large job. I explained I had to be out of my previous home no later than midnight.
