All My Sons Moving & Storage

Stay away from them. Their prices are similar to other companies, but the service is terrible, and if anything goes wrong (and no doubt it will), it becomes a nightmare. They moved my belongings from my apartment to a U-Haul, and they lost one leg of my dining table, worth around $800. I filed a claim, and after three months, it was denied. How can a customer possibly prove something like this? CID #12497720

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was quoted for 3 movers and an hourly rate. No one ever asked about what I had to move or asked for pictures which I thought was bizarre. I emailed a few times asking what was needed from me and didn't get much response. Anyway, on the day of the move, only 2 people showed up. They ultimately sent 2 more people but they showed up 2 hours into the job and 1 of those people left early. What I gathered from overhearing was that they only had 1 dolly for 4 people and that the 2 extra people that were sent had no experience packing. This was evident in how my belongings were packed. My neighbor is using them to move and the unprofessionalism is astounding. I get that moving can be loud, but the other people who live and work in the same building shouldn’t need to listen to their music blaring from their phone as they walk through the building as well. The complete disrespect for the other tenants is beyond comprehension. They're not even trying. I'll be sure to cross them off the list of possible movers we would ever use in the future.

Had a great experience with the guys from All My Sons. Dontrell, Justin, Austin, and Ricardo were professional and very hard workers. I had a lot of stuff to move and they took care of it all...boxed last loose items, no scuffs on walls despite tight spaces, set up furniture where it needed to be. I definitely recommend this team of guys.

Worst moving company. I've tried to put in an insurance claim, no one calls me back. They quoted me 2,500... the end charge was over 7,000! Almost 3xs what they quoted. They broke all of my beds and didn't keep the hardware with the beds. They brought my kitchen pantry boxes in and flipped them upside down... imagine honey and flour all over the inside of your pantry. The guys moving talked about their tip the whole day. They took meat out of my deep freezer. They broke a book shelf and just left it on the truck. The crew complained of the work the whole time. They took me off the clock at the end of a very long and ugly move and then pressured me to tip them more as long as I didn't tell the main office. I contested the charge on my credit card and lost.
