All Nations was a pleasure to work with. The damage to my home occurred right before closing on my purchase. All Nations was extremely diligent in finding where water had intruded after a microburst with high winds and heavy rain. The owner, Ben, came out on very short notice to assess the situation and helped navigate a complicated issue between the seller and me as well as the insurance claim. They sealed off the affected areas from the rest of the home, then removed the damaged drywall and insulation. They even left the containment in place to help during the reconstruction process, which was very generous. We had water enter our home and mold developed along the entire side of the house and in bathrooms as well. Jeremiah was our project coordinator and he was wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond TWICE to get me a fast last minute appointment! Brayden, the main All Nation guy doing the work at my house, was super helpful in walking me through their work and working around my other contractor who had to come in to finish work they had not finished (that All Nation was waiting on so they could finish the mold remediation). All Nation had to come in the next morning to quickly finish the job (due to delays from my other contractor, not All Nations fault) and I realized my other contractors had not removed a part of the drywall they were supposed to. All Nation did an excellent job repairing the water damage in my bathroom and after a pipe burst months later in a freeze. They came out within hours of my call, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process, and their pricing was very fair. I had received quotes from five other companies, and All Nation was the one I felt most confident with—and they absolutely delivered. I met Max and Marvin on-site at a potential client’s home this morning. They were both very professional and took the time to educate my client and me on the various procedures they’ll be following to eradicate the mold in the home.
