All Natural Stone

I really wanted to love All Natural Stone, but my experience was a nightmare. If you're thinking of buying from them, be very careful; they hide critical product information and don't take responsibility when things go wrong. I bought tile from in 2024, specifically for a children's bathroom. The salesperson assured me it was a great fit for a wet environment. What they never told me was that the tile was ceramic: very fragile, porous, and totally unsuitable for wet areas. There were no specs, no installation recommendations, and no mention of the manufacturer. Just their private label, making it impossible to research before making a purchase. We had a really great experience here. If you go in, ask for Donna. She was great and was extremely patient and really helped us find the perfect slab. The warehouse guys are extremely skilled and moving all the items really appreciate how efficient they are.

Great selection of beautiful stone slabs at excellent price. Also extensive tile selection. Alfonso L. was very helpful. After purchase, they held slab for a year free of charge while my contractor remodelled. They also recommended an excellent fabricator after my contractor's fabricator was too busy.

GARY is the rockstar at this place. We came here not once, not twice, but three or four times to get two bathroom tiles, marble, kitchen countertop quartzite slab plus patio tile and wainscoting … all of which required multiple visits. I’m not the easiest person to work with—uber strongly opinionated and unapologetic about them, vocal with attitude for days about them … I’ve been told I need my own country to run, lol! First at their San Jose location and as soon as their Burlingame location opened, I switched to that showroom. Their staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. They have literally everything which means we can select materials for all our projects there, regardless of style or price point. I could not run my business as an interior designer without All Natural Stone! I would highly recommend them.
