DON’T BUY GRASS HERE I’ll join ranks of All Natural selling me dead St Augustine grass and then not taking responsibility. When the grass was picked up, it was pointed out it looked bad but they said it would perk right up. They blamed the installer, the soil, and everyone except themselves for selling us dead grass. Both my me and my installer contacted them times received nothing but denials and a lack of responsibility. Darren, the manager, came out said the dogs were ruining it, then the pine trees were ruining it, and then I needed to add fertilizer. Then claiming the grass wasn’t dead when he sold it, when it is clearly dead. He offered to replace a few pieces but I need at least two whole pallets to fix the junk he sold us. We ordered sod for our backyard from All Natural Stone and Grass. The process is seamless and fantastic. You pull in, go inside and are greeted by friendly people. They’re all hard at work processing orders and taking payments. I made my payment, got my receipt and drove and got in line. There were several trucks, some with trailers. When I tell you the guy on the forklift was about his business. This guy was loading grass quicker than anything I’d ever seen. When it was my time, I pulled up, showed him my receipt and he hand loaded my grass in less than 5 minutes. 5 star rating for the company, and all the employees. It was great doing business with All Natural Stone and Grass. Outstanding!!!

So I originally picked up 2 pallets of Tift Bermuda only to find that one pallet was old and broke into 6-10 pieces when you tried picking it up. I called and spoke with Teresa and she was very helpful and offered to exchange. I went and exchanged and brought that pallet out to lay and it was worse than the one I returned. I called back and spoke with Teresa and she said that’s just the way it is. No other options given. Okay then, that’s the way it is.
