All Out Air is by far one of the best HVAC companies around town. Great level of customer service from the initial contact with Megan who I spoke to on day one and Stephen was awesome when he came out and provided me with an estimate. Stephen was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured like some of the other companies. The Installation team (Ben & George) plus two other guys were great as anticipated. They showed up on time and placed covering down in the areas that they would be walking. I was very impressed on how clean the work areas were after the installation. Great business model and I hope that the company keeps these core principles as they grow. I’m happy with my decision to choose All Out Air for my AC replacement project.

Hired All Out to perform a cleaning of my unit. They did a great job. Showed up on time. The technician wore shoe covers the whole time he was in the house and would take them off each time he went out. The unit was really dirty and now looks brand new.

Then they called their suppliers and looked for the parts and provided a comprehensive estimate on the spot. Afterwards, they came promptly with the parts to fix my equipment. A very processional, courteous, and knowledgeable Technician, Christopher, came to make the repairs. He kindly explained the process to me in layman terms, on what to expect, how he was going to proceed, and how long it would take. He was very careful and conscious of taking good care of my property. Protected the floors and adjacent areas, cleaned up as he went, and left no trace of his visit.
