All-Phase HVAC

I cannot recommend All Phase Heating and Cooling. We had All Phase install, a mini split, two electrostatic air cleaners and two humidifiers. All of this equipment was serviced every year. The humidifiers constantly leaked. When I called last year the woman who works in the office said they never did worked at my house. After arguing with me for 20 minutes she realized she was wrong. Zero apology and just a rude nasty person! We spent over 20k with them and they did not stand behind their work. This is not how you treat customers.

All-Phase was not only available to come to my house on Saturday, but they were there in an hour. I called 2 other companies and never even heard back. We had a no-heat emergency and even though they didn’t have the part, I was assured they could get the part and fix the issue first thing Monday morning. I received a call at 9:05am (5 minutes after they open) on Monday stating that my part was in and they would be over shortly to fix the issue. I had my heat fixed by 10:30am Monday morning. I can’t say enough good things about this company!! I will use All-Phase for all my HVAC needs going forward.
