All-Phase Landscaping and Design

We hired Dain, the owner of All-Phase Landscape & Design to provide a low maintenance, hard and softscape, including a water feature, on our two-acre property. We contacted three companies to assess and provide quotes. All-Phase was the only company to respond in a timely manner with enthusiasm and professionalism. Dain presented a detailed plan and his execution of it was top notch! Dain and his team are hardworking, precise, and great communicators. They always cleaned up the area at the end of the work day. Dain is highly educated on the use of landscape materials for erosion control, drainage, plant choices and placement. Our project required heavy equipment to excavate and move/place large rock, gravel and concrete stairs. He chose quality materials that met or exceeded our expect

Took time off work for a scheduled meeting to quote the work. Waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time and they still did not show up. Tried calling, but it goes straight to voice-mail. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

I am writing this review for my parents as they hired Dane to re-gravel and edge their driveway. Dane assured my parents this job would only take a handful of days, 4.5 weeks later - it was still not complete. He also hit a sentimental tree with a vehicle that was planted on the property and completely tore it out of the ground. He did not immediately tell the homeowners this happened and although he did offer to replant a new tree, he ended up never doing so. In fact, he never finished the job. He would randomly show up for a few hours a day, never stating when he was coming or going and was incredibly difficult to get ahold of and did not return calls. I wouldn’t recommend working with Dane, unfortunately.
