I experienced a water loss due to a malfunctioning washing machine around the first of the new year. Bobby and his mitigation crew came in that evening and set up dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the place out as much as possible. They did an amazing job of communicating, checking in, and providing advice based on their experiences. Ultimately I had to have some restoration work done, and the project manager, Mike, was also a pleasure to work with. He and his restoration crew went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about this company. Extremely above board at a time when I as a homeowner was feeling a little exposed and out of my element. I recommend them top to bottom based on all my interactions.

Paul Lester with AP cares more about the quality of the work and the cost of the work, than I do as the homeowner. I have never worked with someone with higher integrity and customer service. If you get Paul on your project, consider yourself lucky and fortunate. You are in good hands.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Working with All Phase has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. Their communication is awful — they don’t take the time to explain anything clearly, then turn around and blame you for not understanding their confusing, incomplete plans. The “proposal” they gave me was vague and misleading. Once they got the deposit, they pushed forward without making sure I was comfortable or informed about what was actually happening. When I raised concerns, I was met with arrogance and excuses instead of any real accountability. We appreciate the opportunity to express our gratitude for the personal care and attention to detail that Paul Lester provided for the beginning , middle and completion of our huge project at our home due to an accidental water leak in our kitchen for 3 days while we were out of state. The leak spewed water into the kitchen and down to the basement where the walls, ceiling and floors were all completely ruined. It took longer to complete than usual because we insisted on a particular carpet that was the same quality we had before and it was delayed. We knew he wanted to wrap up the job, but he handled it absolutely professionally. We got what needed done. We thank you for maintaining such high standards in your hiring.
