I had to put one star to post this review other wise it would have been a negative 10 stars. Michelle and her assistant Ana are the absolute worst with customer service. Our generator has been down since December 2024 stating parts were obsolete when I was able to source their availability as current. They refused to take my recommendations and have left me with out a generator for 4 months. From talking over me while I am asking for clarification or updates on our service which by the way, was paid in full!! to not returning calls or responding to emails. She is the epitome of poor customer service. Dropping F-bombs during conversations because I demanded answers, lack of due diligence and absolutely no honor in agreed upon terms of service. STAY AWAY

This is a very well established business. Mr. Garcia, crew and staff have been providing support for some of the most critical public and private generator equipment in South Florida for decades. Everyone we meet there is knowledgeable, polite and professional. All Power is a rare find and a valuable resource for professional facility managers. Keep up the good work!

Consistently bad service. I work for a water plant and this company services our emergency generators at multiple locations. Sometimes they show up on the wrong day and at the wrong location. Sometimes technicians are unprepared to do the work. Every Time we have to call them, something happens. Things never go smoothly as planned. They are horrible at communicating. Good luck if you choose these guys.

Been requesting service from this company for over 2 months keeps giving me the run around about how they waiting for part quotes. Called over 8 times. I’m done trying to give this company my business.
