All Pro Countertops was contracted by Lowe's on our behalf to replace our old laminate countertops with new laminate. The level of customer service we received from All Pro Countertops was outstanding! The communication was great and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. My husband and I requested a return visit to adjust the height of backsplash (a result of our misunderstanding) and the team at All Pro Countertops was remarkably accommodating. I talked with Ed several times and he was always very professional and understanding. The owner, Mike, was willing to work with us even though we had made the error on our end. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Steven at All Pro Countertops. He really took the time to walk through different products helping us make a decision to go with solid surface. On the day of installation, Steve and 2 other installers showed up on time and everything was completed in record time! They cleaned up along the way and I couldn’t be happier. Horrendous price gouging of Lowes customers. Ridiculous upcharges backed into quotes. I selected a Lowes solid surface product @ $52/sq/ft with installation included. I have 52 sq/ft being installed. My rough estimate is about $2800. I received a change order request from All Pro Countertops for a total of $4891. Hidden fees included: Customer Work: Misc. Custom Option: Additional Crew Member @ $438 Custom Work: Misc. Custom Option: Stairs $219 Removal - Laminate: Priced wrong sq/ft amount: $468 Integrated / Undercount Sink Installation: $382 Lowes is not doing anyone a service by working with shady suppliers like this. In no way is this acceptable to almost double the original quote. They added an additional installer when installation should be included in the $52 price. They added a s
