Whoever this driver is should not be behind the wheel! February 24th around 9:00 a.m. cut into my turning lane with no turn signal. At the next turn, no turning signal. Then weaving in and out of lanes trying to get the best one with no turn signal. This is in downtown dallas. Around pearl street and elm. This person is a liability to your company!
