I had a very disappointing experience with this company. On the first visit to our yard, the owner, Manny, complained about our bushes and told me he would have to trim them because I “wouldn’t know how to do it myself.” That comment alone was unprofessional and unnecessary. I told him maybe another estimate would be a better fit since he didn’t seem confident about working around our landscaping. Surprisingly, he came back the next day saying he could, in fact, do the job after all. Later, I ran into him in public, said hello, and he didn’t remember who I was until I reminded him — then he decided to give me an unwanted hug, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Manny and his team are great when it comes to aluminum fence installation. He was highly responsive and professional from start to finish and his patience with numerous questions was endless. One begins to understand from the get go that his goal is an educated, informed, happy client and he goes the extra distance to insure that is the case. He’s a good listener and is willing to offer suggestions and accommodation. We are pleased with our new fence and would not hesitate to recommend him without reservation.

Manny was the best price out of all our estimates. He was competitively priced and extremely accommodating. He said he would start our fence the following week ( we met on a Thursday). Not only did he start on Monday promptly, but they were done in two days!! We had some issues with tree stumps, and he was a pivotal part of our trouble shooting process with the fence.
