All-Pro Extermination does a great job! The one bad review listed is about the former owner when he was terminal and unable to respond. Even though the guy was told that Jim was in the hospital and was sick, he still gave a bad review. My communities also had prior warranties with All-Pro executed under Jim and they were all honored by his successor.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I bought a home with a "warranty" from All Pro Pest Control. After coming out to re-treat twice, the owner/operator Jim just ghosted me. Missed appointments, stopped returning phone calls and texts. I sent my claim to the BBB and then he finally responded saying he'd been in the hospital. Said once he was better he would get back to me. Guess what...he still never got back to me. I asked for a refund due to the warranty. Even though the warranty was sold as transferable, he stated that I couldn't ask for a refund since I wasn't the original payer. BUYER BEWARE!

All pro pest control has excellent service and is reasonably priced , I would recommend these gentlemen for all your pest control needs
