All pro did a great job on our new install. From the beginning Dalton was fantastic. He not only came out in person to see our property (no other company did that), his office had the quote to me the very next morning. Very friendly and top notch customer service throughout the entire process. I even asked him to change several things on our quote and drawing and he never once got frustrated with me and was always so polite. I will always recommend this company. I have had not so great experiences with other septic company new installs and maintenance and I am so thankful to have found such a customer service oriented septic company.

Dalton was very pleasant to work with, very communicative, and quick to make sure we were well taken care of. His team did high quality work on the septic and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

All Pro Septic did an excellent job installing our aerobic system. The process was fast, straightforward, and stress-free. They were easy to communicate with and very efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic work.

I would rate 4.5 stars: What an adventure we had with getting our septic system in! We got super excited about the instillation and then just after the hole was dug… they stopped and informed is that they wouldn’t be able to install that day as the truck that brings the tank had broke. Next came a week of East Texas rain and then finally! A dry enough day for the install. We spoke to Curtis (Owner) and he was very apologetic about the situation. There are just things you can’t control. After the install we have had several questions as we are new to this. The staff including the office personnel have been very friendly and helpful, they even recently just checked on a few concerns we had.
