Absolutely professional! Wonderful job, and we have cats so it's super reassuring hearing the policy of no poison. I really hate to "take out" the little guys, but they're not safe to have, and it's quite nice knowing that we're patched up and don't have even go there in the future. I totally want to let nature thrive, but not anything that could actually be detrimental, and certainly not in our home! Thank you Alex for all of the visits and work! I couldn’t have hoped for someone better to help with our newly discovered rats in attic. From the initial assessment to the conclusion, Mike was professional, had excellent communication skills, answered all questions, and respected our property. There were no additional costs from the initial estimate, which I may add, was much less than annother estimate I got. Definitely recommend.

I thought I might have rats in my garage (I didn’t) after Alex came out and did the inspection. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my house and garage. He had great suggestions on how I could improve the exterior to make sure mice, rats 🐀 and other animals couldn’t gain access to the interior. Reasonably priced inspection and was able to come out within a day of me calling. So grateful to have found this company. Will never call anyone else for this type of service. Thank you Alex!
