This company relocated my water heater from the house to the garage. They had to come back and make many repairs because the work was not done correctly the first time. The earthquake straps were attached by drilling directly into the stucco because they were unable to locate a stud after ten attempts so they simply attached them with a screw into stucco which I was able to remove with two fingers. The straps were literally dangling from the water heater. They also forgot to glue a drain pipe which leaked. The Gas Company inspected their work and said the gas line was installed too close to wood. This company also attempted to bill my insurance company for over $4,000 worth of work which was never done. I feel compelled to reply to this company's comments regarding this post. He sa

He immediately started services & w/how busy the construction industry is, that shows dedication/sincerity from him & his company. The finished project looks brand new. Stucco repair, ceiling, paint, insulation, drywall. Etc. Something to be showcased- i had a sentimental piece (that got damaged); the owner ensured both me & his crew understood & executed its repair to basically mimic its original design.
