All Right Heat & Air

All Right came out and diagnosed the problem accurately and gave estimates for a good unit and a great unit. I got estimates from other local companies and they were quite a bit more expensive. All Right came and did the job in the time they estimated and because they knew we were without air conditioning, they expedited the install for us. I could not be more pleased! We are nice and cool now. Thank you!

I called and set up an appointment and the very next day a tech was sent out to repair my machine. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace the compressor which is very expensive, but I was basing it off of sounds I heard and YouTube. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. Even more, it cost me a tiny fraction of what I thought it was and also learned proper maintenance on my machine! Pricing is good and the company is honest. I'll be using them whenever I need work done in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Right Heat & Air. They came out in mid-May and sent two technicians—one replaced a TXV valve, and the other said my HVAC system was overcharged, so he removed refrigerant. I spent nearly $1,000, and my house is still not cooling properly. It consistently reaches into the 80s despite being set to 72. I expected a real solution, not expensive guesswork. At this point, I feel like I either deserve a refund or someone needs to come back out and actually fix the issue. I shouldn’t have to pay this much and still be uncomfortable in my own home.

Had a new 5 ton whole home system installed. Everything was fine, until it got cold. The heat cannot keep up. Now it is summer and the AC cannot keep up. I've scheduled maintenance and multiple other requests for them to come out and take a look, but I am always left on read, saying they will come out and then never do. For paying someone nearly $15,000 for their business I would expect better after care and service. They took my money and haven't been back for any of the issues I've been contacting them for months to resolve. I'll update my review if/when they make things right.

Our go to place for new installs or repairs on our rental properties. Tammy is terrific and they are always easy to schedule which keeps our renters happy!
