On October 7, 2024, we get our septic pumped, more than ONE YEAR ago. On November 17, 2025, we requested the service, thinking that it would be another year, or so, before the next service. We have dealt with those guys for a long time when the their father was in charge. Since he passed away, we have dealt with the son. I have no idea what got into them! On around December 20, and little after just ONE MONTH, the septic was flooded. When we called them to inquire on the problem, they came back with a lame excuse that the ground around the septic doesn't allow a proper leak and we either need to replace the soil with pepples or they pump the septic every month. My question was; how come the septic didn't have that problem for more than a year and it has the problem after one month from

Ricky and his plumbing compatriot Allen were fantastic. We had a clogged toilet and a septic system we hadn't checked out since we bought the place a couple years back. Ricky took care of the pump and general inspection of the septic and at $300, can't beat it (at least to the 700+ it would be out here in California). The toilet clog was unrelated to the septic and the next day Allen took care of that for a sensible $175 snake. Regardless of price we were very happy with the availability and communication.

This gentleman came out about a month ago and drained my septic tank. Afterwards he told me the pump was bad. He came yesterday and replaced the pump. These pics are the following day in my shower/tub. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING PRIOR TO THE WORK HE DID YESTERDAY. And the water is from AFTER I had to put the liquid plumber down the drain. When I told him about it, he said “do you want me to remove the pump?” Then proceeded to tell me that I was lying about this bathroom and that it HAD to be this way before. He then told me “I have a great lawyer lady.” I have 4 kids living in our home and this is how the job ended. Oh, they also ONLY take cash or Zelle as a payment, which he neglected to tell me until after this job was done, after he showed up 2 hours after he told me he would. I also have a

The two men that run this business are absolutely amazing! They are father and son, and they care about their customers! They will spend whatever length of time it takes to fix your septic issues.
