Amazing customer service. I inquired online about needing parts for my gate opener system. Julie M called me back and was very knowledgable about my current system and gave me several options to fix it. I decided to replace the whole system rather than replace part by part. This insured i received the longest warranty from the factory. Ordering the new system was a breeze. It arrived 6 days later. I installed it and I'm back up and running without a hitch. Thank you for the help Julie! All Security equipment is my new go to for these types of products. Oh any my new system was $600 cheaper after shipping and tax then Amazon!!!

Gate Operator Install: Don't purchase if you are expecting tech support. I dealt with James, he was a very nice guy and helpful with product sales. However, I let him know I would be installing the equipment myself and asked if he would guarantee tech support if I needed it, of course, he said. My install was replacement of an identical unit with existing accessories but going to AC from DC power. I was assured I would received tech support on the complete install, including attaching my existing accessories. Tech support basically is them giving you a phone number to call directly to the manufacturer of the product, which is worthless. The manufacturers will not help you if you are not a professional installer, under any circumstance! So be careful if you are a DIY'er before you p

Antonio with All Security Equipment was hands down the best rep I have worked with in quite sometime. Not only did he give me the best pricing on everything related to my Commercial Gate, but then when I had an issue. (Unrelated to them, damaged part from incorrect use from me) He walked me through everything that I needed to do to fix it on the spot.... Best customer Service, I CAN NOT say enough good things about Antonio, i'll be a customer for life!

I knew nothing of gate motors when I called, but James Medina was patient and very informative, walking me through my options and helping me settle on the model I need for my application. Service is always a differentiator, and this was some of the best service I've ever received.

Sensor and 2 battery issues, would not buy from here again. In order to get anything replaced or repaired, you have to create claims that take up too much time to process. Customer service "Orders Department" absolutely not helpful. Rude and unprofessional. No manager. Sent from department to department just to receive an order number. Overall product is not good and overall service and customer service absolutely terrible. Would not purchase from here again and would not refer anyone here for product or customer service. Absolutely dissatisfied.
