Let me tell yall about Dan. I am closing on a house my lender who is amazing at his job but can be intense at times. I needed a "septic certification" and was totally lost. Dan agreed to talk to me lender on a conference call and was able to explain the septic process flawlessly. I appreciate Dan so much cause I was about to lose my shit.
