Chris was pleasant in the beginning, however he seem to back out of the job by me having to text him if their was any update on my dryer part( since he order the wrong one) and had to “order” it again. He tells me he is on vacation when I ask for an update and did not initially tell me before he left that he would be on vacation. That’s really poor communication to a potential client. The last conversation ended with him trying to have his other colleagues do it instead at a much higher price then he-we agreed on. I’m still very unsure why he couldn’t do it himself after his vacation but that’s not for me to understand. Here are the messages for proof of the truth!

Chris is an honest, knowledgeable and extremely professional repairman. I wish there were more like him in every industry (especially auto mechanics and contractors, LOL). We had an issue with a leak in our LG refrigerator. He quickly identified the issue as an inexpensive part which he recommended I could order myself to save money. He installed it and the refrigerator has worked perfectly for two years now. Knock on wood, I hope we don't have any other repair issues. But, if we ever do, Chris is my only choice to call.

Chris was awesome! He came over as soon as he could to look at my washing machine that was not draining. I knew it was something wrong with the water pump. He flipped the machine over and was able to service the machine in under an hour. He actually looked at the parts and noticed it was just a screw stuck in the pump, and instead of having to purchase an entirely new pump he removed the screw. He is great. Thank you!

Chris was professional, personable, and responsive. He fixed our washing machine quickly and charged a fair rate. Fully satisfied with his service and would hire him again for other repairs in the future. Recommend him highly.

Chris was able to fix my front load washer from leaking. As well as finding the parts that were back ordered by the brand.
