Luis and his team did a fantastic job removing the questionable floor in our living room, which is being used as a play room for our son. They were very clean and efficient, but something really stuck out. I figured the subfloor in our 114 year old house was covered with tile in the 1950s and assumed we would be removing everything to the joists. Luis called me to let me know that wasn’t the case and sent pictures of the sub floor. It was nearly pristine heart pine. I was so thrilled that Luis called me and saved the floor. He also recommended someone to refinish the floor, who also did a great job. The first picture is when I started demo, second is after All Solutions finished up, and last is today after the gentleman he recommended refinished the floor. I can 100% recommend Luis and A

If I could give Luis and his team more than 5 stars I would. I requested a quote for asbestos flooring removal around 10am, Luis called me immediately. He told me he would be able to come to my house at 11:30. We spoke about what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information needed. He did this on an emergent/expedited basis. He got everything required to be able to removal the tiles and called me an hour later saying that his team could come at 4pm to do the work. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They cleaned up all the tiles, removed them, and coated the floor. Luis and his team from the second I requested an estimate to the end of the job took less than 12 hours. He even gave me an extremely reasonable price! Luis saved us a HUGE headache!!!! Absolutely amazing job done by Luiz & his crew. They were so nice and friendly as well as very qualified to do the job. They worked all day until the late evening to get the job done and made sure I was completely satisfied. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Wonderful experience
