All Square Roofing

On the 30th of November All square roofing out of Burns Harbor brought a crew out to my apartment to replace the roof. It was a bitterly cold and very windy day. They were able to get it all done in one day granted this is a big roof. They used their blowtorches while on the roof and started a small internal fire above my living room in their haste to leave around 5:30. That fire grew internally until it melted the siding where the wind hit it and it got bigger. Luckily a neighbor saw the flames and called 911. She came to our door and alerted us . Said she saw them using the torch and they caused it. That’s why she kept looking at our building. It’s been 3 months now and we have heard nothing. **UPDATE**I'm very disappointed about the service we got. Be careful!!! I contacted the code enforcement in Hobart. I am reaching out to the County Commisioner offices to ask for direction. My roof is leaking in at least three places. There are things in your response that are not true. I have a current (3-20) letter from an insurance adjuster who went on my roof stating all that is NOT done. But they billed insurance. Was code followed? We don't go on the roof so it took a while for us to know all this. I am posting this now because I don't want someone else to go through this. I don't trust ALL SQUSRE ROOFINF.. All Square Roofing replaced our roof and replaced and installed our attic fan...Briana managed our job...she is extremely knowledgeable of the trade and worked with you to make sure that the job is done in a timely manner... weather played some constraints in completing the job...Briana was new to the trade but knew her stuff and she had command over her team and was well respected...

I contacted All Square Roofing on an after hours Saterday night holiday weekend call. They offered to come on the holiday itself but I told them after the holiday is fine. The morning of the first day after the holiday they showed up, found the problem we needed help with, and had it fixed before noon. I found them going above and beyond any expectation and their price was both explained up front and was low cost for the corporate building and problem we needed repaired. I am certainly using them from mow on with any of my simple and difficult projects, and you should too!
