Wanted to give a shout out to Craig. He was on time, was very helpful, explained everything, polite very reasonable priced and a nice guy. Craig tried to fix my washer but couldn’t but don’t get me wrong he tried everything he could to help me figure it out. Craig went above and beyond to try to help me fix/ figure out what was going on with my newer industrial GE washer. I really wish he could have fixed/figured it out. I had to go with another company that GE deals with and they are not as good as All Star Appliance repair in Stanley Va. Please if you need any Appliances fixed don’t no hesitate to give Craig a call. Craig has even reached back out to check on how things went. God bless

Craig was wonderful! He arrived promptly when he said he would. He talked respectfully to my 90 year old grandfather whose washing machine he was fixing. He fixed it quickly and even gave solutions to keep him from needing to come back. We highly recommend!
