Very prompt response and ease with communication. Very happy with the staff that showed up to my house to clean my rugs. I am also happy with the price and ease of process. Would definitely use again! I wasn’t sure if they could get some accent rugs and area rugs looking new again but they did just that!

These guys are AMAZING! On Christmas Eve we had a leak in our bathroom and it flooded so much of our apartment. All Star came out this morning (Christmas Day) first thing and got our carpet clean. Even on the way out they offered to shampoo the rest of our apartment just because. The fact they took time away from their families to help us out meant EVERYTHING. Definitely use these guys if you want respectful, quick, and quality service, all ending with a handshake and smile. Great folks!

I’ve been a customer for many years and every time they come out to clean my carpets, JD does an amazing job! They came out in less than an hour when I accidentally spilled an entire bucket of paint on my floor and you couldn’t even tell I spilled a drop after they finished. And even being a pet owner where my pets have had accidents, they always get my carpet looking brand new and smelling amazing! I would 100% recommend Ron and his crew. Always friendly, great service and overall great experience.

Cleaned carpet after mopping up flood damage in carpet and hard flooring. Polite, respectful, efficient, did good work, very nice gentlemen to work with. They were kind enough to leave two big industrial fans and owner brought out a dehumidifier to leave here for several days to help dry things out. I would definitely recommend them.

Great Service. Great Cleaning. Reliable. These guys came when they said they would. Did a great job cleaning my carpets paying special attention to stained spots. I am very satisfied and would recommend them highly!!
