Our AC went out during the recent heat wave, and when I called All Star, Jason made time to come over within a couple of hours of my call. He did an inspection and we discussed options, then he prepared a quote that included the options and their respective price points. It was a very transparent and straightforward process. We decided to have the furnace and AC replaced, as they were both ancient. The installation was scheduled for the following week, and all was good, except that it was very hot in our house! Greg went above and beyond to help us out tonight. We were so impressed with his level of service. I bought the part we needed from him and after installing it I still had questions. He walked me through a couple of steps on the phone and then came over to help get the furnace going again when I couldn't. He was very patient and helpful. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs a heating contractor. I am so glad we called All-Star. We will call him again for future issues. - Chris

UPDATE: Just to clarify, All-Star Heating & Air Conditioning is Service Now Home Services, or at least that's where the Website redirects to. If that hasn't confused you enough when you call the All-Star Heating & Air Conditioning number you might have previously had it goes to Perfect Home Services which is another HVAC Company. The original Owner was Greg who was a local Dekalb business owner. Greg retired and sold the business to Jason who owned JNJ Heating and Air Conditioning in the Fox Valley area looking to expand in the Dekalb/Sycamore area. A few years later Jason sold the business and did not let any of his Customers know. The story ends there. We just had a service call from All Star Heating & Air Conditioning and I can recommend them without reservation! We called on a Sunday evening and Greg, the technician, was at our house very quickly. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our furnace and had the part available on the truck to fix the problem quickly and at a price that was much cheaper than we would have expected. He was very friendly and took great care to do the job in a clean and efficient manner. We will call them for any of our future heating and cooling service needs.

What an amazing company! Greg came out within an hour of call. The igniter on our furnace went out and he could have charged double what he did (based on the average repair price). He repaired the issue in 20 minutes, showed me the broken part, and charged a very reasonable price. We are very thankful for honest QUALITY work like All-Star!
