Tim was wonderful! We needed our commercial doors upgraded to meet fire code requirements and although he wasn't the cheapest estimate we received, he came highly recommended from a business associate so we went with his company. Great choice and we couldn't be more pleased. Efficient, knowledgeable and a real pro.

Tim is amazing! He completed the work in 15 minutes (10 minutes to rekey the house and 5 minutes to chat)! I was amazed at how prompt and efficient his work was. I sincerely appreciated his patience answering my questions about his work and general security recommendations as a first-time homeowner. Professional, seamless, quick, competent! All 9 of my house doors put together on one key. I didn’t need to have an original key either. It took him 10 minutes and he did what he said he would do!! I’m floored there is such thing as service like this nowadays!! This is your guy! Dont think twice!

I will never do business with All Star Lock & Key/Tim Vickers (owner) again. Contacted All Star Lock and Key to replace our back door deadbolt and door lock. Neither the website nor Facebook page give a physical address. The webpage gives a 90 day labor warranty and a one year warranty on parts. Kwikset gives a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser which I am not –Tim is. Lowes requires a Lowes receipt, not Tim’s receipt. Tim’s quotes below are exactly what he stated in our text exchange. I also made snapshots of our entire exchange. Initially over the phone Tim asked me to take photos of the existing locks so he would know what to bring (buy?). He arrived with Kwikset Signature Series Deadbolt kit and Entry Door Knob kits both with Smartkey Security. Both were in their plastic and

Tim did a wonderful job replacing our deadbolt and rekeying the door! He was very quick, efficient, and professional. He even offered to lubricate the door knob at no extra cost and made sure to dispose of the old hardware himself. I’ll make sure to hire him for all future projects. He’s a must-hire for those in the area!
