All Star Moving service

Thank you Michael. I hired All Star Moving Service last year during Christmas time. I moved from SJ to SF with a 3b2b second floor. I had 4 guys came to help. I packed little stuffs by myself. They came in the morning and packed and wrapped my other big furniture. I have a very big California king size bed and they helped me assemble it. Totally spent 3 hours to pack and move everything to the truck. Then took 1 hour to unload in SF. These guys can speak limited English but I have no questions communicate with Michael through phone.

Deeply Unprofessional and Damaging Experience – Beware We hired All Star Moving Company for a local move within San Francisco, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The movers caused visible damage to the concrete floors in our new apartment by dragging a heavy coffee table instead of lifting it. The scratches and gouges are extensive and will require professional repair. When we raised the issue, the crew argued with us on-site for nearly 30 minutes, denying responsibility even though the damage clearly matched the timing and path of the move. One of them even tried to blame a “communication barrier” as if that excused the carelessness. Instead of owning the mistake, they became defensive and dismissive. I just have to say that All Star Moving did a fantastic job moving my daughters apartment from San Francisco to San Jose. From inquiry, to delivery, the process was smooth and timely. They arrived on time and quickly assessed and grouped items together for easy moving down three flights of stairs. They arrived in San Jose on time and helped uncouple their brilliant packaging groupings. I would use them again in heartbeat!

Absolutely hands down the BEST moving experience I've ever encountered. Fast, Helpful, and NO hidden fee's. From start to finish, these guys were on it, and had me moved from San Jose to San Francisco in record time, and half the price anywhere else my friends. So stop shopping, give then a call, and THANK ME LATER.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They were obviously careless when transporting our belongings, damaged/broke several items irreparably, and refused to take accountability even though they were clearly responsible. The owner refused to provide any compensation or refund the cost of the service. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking with them.
