I accepted their estimate. Would not return phone calls. Email estimate would not accept a reply. After a few weeks of not answering my calls. I went with a more reprimal contractor. Heather was the most incompetent person I've ever dealt with. She even forgot who I was.
Craig was outstanding during the process of getting our gutters and downspouts repaired and replaced. Highly recommend.
