Stay away! My wife and I paid for the annual maintenance and they came out and replaced filters and noted everything was working properly. Literally 4 days later our AC went out upstairs and we called our home warranty to come check to see why this happened. After our technician checked the units he discovered that there was a slow leak and told us that he had to replace 3lbs of Freon and he's not sure why All-tech was unable to detect this. My wife called All-tech and explained the situation asking why they didn't detect this and the guy rudely commented telling her that a refund will not be given and hung up the phone. Our A/C went out in the middle of Friday night. We called All-Tech Heating & Cooling, and they came out right away on Saturday. We had a myriad of issues, probably stemming from one rogue chipmunk. Jack patiently addressed each issue, and within the hour it was working. Thank you Jack. Thank you All-Tech! And the fee was nominal. We will share our very positive experience wherever we can.
