Second time using ATR for remediation in our home, and they remain the only company I trust to meet my high standards for pristine containment and thorough mold removal—especially with my two little boys in the house. I work in functional medicine and know the dangers of mold and ATR always keeps me at ease! Jason was exceptional in his attention to detail! He spent well over an hour and a half properly sealing and isolating the room from the rest of my home, which is the most important part to me. I could tell he was careful and thorough with every step, and he was also kind and friendly throughout the process. Overall would not recommend All Things Restored for future home projects. We were initially quoted roughly an amount and then our estimate was 3 times that. Very difficult to get timely responses, our wall was opened and we expected work to be done that week only to be told that their schedule was several weeks out, which left our home a disaster. The team that did open the wall came on time, did their job, and left the area clean which is their one saving grace. Communication on pricing and scheduling absolutely need improvement.

Great company, I partner with them for emergency clean up situations and restorations. They are always quick to respond and will make sure its fully cleaned before putting things back together. Highly recommend them.

Had a water leak from the hot water heater above our condo on the 3rd. floor with extensive ceiling, wall, and rug damage. ATR was on the scene within 2 hrs. after this happened. Excellent response time with fans and dehumidifiers. Response and demo process was excellent. Excellent clean up and vacuuming during Demo process. Restoration process has been good to fair with not cleaning up and vacuuming after each days work. My wife and I did that every night. Excellent job on sheet rock , trim work and painting. Job not finished on time and scheduling two Saturdays to try to complete. Completion of restoration is still on going. Communication has been excellent with all ATR employees. Steve Gabrielle
