All Type Septic

Call an made an appointment. They were suppose to come out between 9-12. When they didn’t show my husband called. The lady in the office said she needed to call the driver and see where they were located at. She told my husband I will call you back. Never did. He called and now it goes directly to voicemail. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't waste your time. To begin with I was given 2 separate prices by 2 different workers. I've been waiting for an "email invoice" for 2 weeks so I could get a porta-potty delivered to a site. Called back, the office lady said "oh I have it right here I'll get that sent to you now" Even checked my spam folder. Nothing. What a joke.

Before I bought the house a new septic system was installed.. it's been n 3 1/2 yrs and had to have it fixed. They aerator never had power to it ... the alarm and red light was unhooked after 1st time I called them... the wiring was not in conduent all the way to tanks and wasn't underground wire .. they had conduent going n ground bit not all way to the tanks .. .one pipe when they back filled was colapsed.. so I just spent over 3k to have fixed right. About yr and half ago I called to have a timer put on and they said they would. After 6 months I called back and they said they was waiting for parts and I waited and finally called someone else to put a timer on. AND he showed me what was all wrong with what was done

I would give this company more stars if I could. Very helpful and professional. Did a great job and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. I would use them again and recommend them to all of my friends. The driver even took the time to educate me on things about my systems that I would have never knew. They pointed out that I had a two compartment system and the previous company was only pumping one side and still charging me for full service. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. I would have went on forever and never blinked an eye. In the end this revelation of the truth saved me a lot of money and time. I cannot thank you enough!
