Amit was so timely and helpful! He arrived quickly and managed to get us inside a locked bathroom where the door hardware was installed incorrectly, rendering most of his tools useless. However he persisted and found a way in without damaging the door and cleaned up after the work was finished. Great experience!

They are very kind, professional and genuine lock smiths. I had an issue & I called for service. The man knew exactly what was wrong and instead of charging me $150 to come out and fix an issue I could do myself he coached me on the phone. The issue was related to the faulty new lock. THANK YOU SO MUCH! If I ever need help again, I’ll be calling back.

He was able to get to my car within 20 minutes for a lockout. He was professional and had my vehicle opened quickly. If you are in a parking garage be sure to mention it as his van may not fit. I deducted one star because I was ridiculously up-charged for the service because my vehicle is an SUV. When I called for the service I should have been asked what my make and model was so that the quote would have been accurate. I definitely wouldn’t have used the service had I known the insane up charge.

Amit was terrific. He came on a day’s notice and helped us out when we needed it most. He is friendly, professional and treated our home as if it was his own. We’ll be using his services again and couldn’t recommend him more!
