Weather comfort solutions did a lot of work on my home, but almost everything they touched has caused new problems, and they have been completely unresponsive when I’ve asked for help. They insulated my attic, and not even a year later the insulation has basically disappeared. I now have to pay to have it redone. The roof vents they installed for my bathroom and stove vents were done incorrectly, causing damage and allowing cold air to blow into my house all winter. My utility usage has gone up noticeably. They installed a back door but left the molding damaged, and you can literally see daylight through the gaps. Their job may appear to be easy , but it takes skill and resistance to endure the attic heat...especially on a sunny day. The team members (pictured), under the direction of Stephanie, delivered optimal customer service. During the walk through, Stephanie carefully explained how the operation would unfold and readily answered any questions. She is very knowledgeable and polite. Under her guidance, they all worked together as a cohesive unit and got the job done! It was a much needed 2-day process in order to thoroughly execute the assignment. All Weather Comfort Solution just installed a dual fuel heat system in my home over the past couple of day. Jacob and Spencer did the install. They were knowledgable, competent and respectful. It was a complicated project and they kept at it until everything was in order. James and Justin came yesterday to do post testing and were also exceptionally pleasant to interact with. I appreciate the followup and I couldn't be happier with the service and end product. I highly recommend this company.

I called to have my boiler repaired, and they sent out Jeremy. He was extremely polite, professional, courteous and fast! He had my boiler up and running and he took the time to politely educate me on why it wasn’t working properly. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future. Jermery was professional and understanding - just AWESOME!! My furance went out - it needed a fuse; he got it going and left. 30 minutes later it went out again; Jermery came back within 45 minutes and replaced the thermostate wires....I am nice and warm now. Great company and wonderful and concerned employees!
