Love Donna and her work! In fact, I'm calling her today! I'm having some work done before my surgery, if she's available! She helped us when a new water purification system leaked on a Saturday! Used Donna and her Dad for years! Her price is always less expensive! I know she is dependable!!!!

The plumber was great and he was able to locate the leak quickly. He was contracted through our home warranty and was unable to receive authorization for the repair while he was here. I called the All West Pluming the next day to follow up since the leak is flooding under the floor. Donna told me she had submitted the verbal estimate and our warranty company stated they needed it in writing. I asked if she had submitted it in writing and she said no. She then went on to tell me she wasn’t in the office and could not get it submitted until she was. She then proceeded to bash the warranty company for taking forever. When I pointed out they were waiting on her to submit the estimate she said if I was going to yell at her she was going to cancel the claim and I could find another plumbe

Frankie came out and fixed our leak in the wall. He was quick and friendly!! All West Plumbing did an awesome job and was good priced!! Thank you Frankie!!

Make sure to get a complete quote upfront so you are not sticker shocked when the bill comes in. Sold my home and called to have the plumbing inspected and address any minor leaks if found. Got much more than I expected which would have been fine if that is what I asked for.
