Integrity, very trustworthy plus Superb job!! We were shopping around to change all the carpet in 5 rooms, 2 stairs and basement. Very big project, what complicated the job is that we have ceramic in part of the house. To make it all same level, every company suggested subfloor which recently almost doubled in price which made the quotes of the whole project to be too much. Luis was the first one who suggested a technique called transition to level the floor which made the quote very competitive. Luis is an amazing man, he went above and beyond. Im super happy to report that when we looked at flooring areas that could be handled one of several ways, like abutments to stairs and transitions to fireplace surrounds, their team knew how to execute solutions that result in a vastly superior look than what the competition was suggesting. In many cases the competition would not offer these nicer options probably because it would take them either too much time or their crew was not skilled enough to execute. Jodi and crew were awesome to work with while they replaced the entire first floor of our house. The first floor just looks beautiful now!

Louis is the absolute man! My girlfriend and I had his team put in flooring replacing 1300 sqft of burber carpet and old flooring. Louis and his team replaced carpeting in three rooms and refinished our existing maple floors a few weeks ago. All Wood Floor Service installed and finished about 500 square feet of white oak flooring and refinished all the oak flooring on the main level of our home. The job proceeded on schedule and the crew offered great recommendations in choosing the color and finish. Our floors are gorgeous and far exceed our expectations! We love the way the new floor seems to flow under our stone hearth! The price was very reasonable - less than a comparable flooring project we had done in St. Louis a decade ago.
