Terrific experience--my parents' very old and stained wall-to-wall carpeting came out beautifully. Our technician, Matt, showed up on time and was pleasant, competent, and thorough in removing stains and making the carpet look fresh and clean. We weren't sure this was possible, but we couldn't be happier with the results. Our customer service rep helped us set up a timely appointment and quoted us a price that we thought very reasonable for the job. Recommend highly!

Great experience. Matt showed up on time, was courteous, efficient, and complete. Carpets had not been cleaned in a longer time than I’m willing to admit. He made them look really nice. Would & will use them again!
