I engaged Allandale Landscaping to grade my yard, install new zoysia grass, and put in a sprinkler system. The first problem was they began installing St Augustine and had to rip that out after doing half my back yard. Fast forward one year and all my zoysia never came out of dormancy. This was a well maintained lawn. The grass they gave me was clearly defective and they have done nothing to remedy the problem. They won’t answer emails or phone calls. DO NOT USE ALLANDALE LANDSCAPING!!
Been using them for a couple years now. No complaints! Just so nice to have the lawn on autopilot.
Dependent on unique staff, can't or won't follow up with any issues post work, or even additional work
