Very shady tactics on Sam's part. Quoted me $250 a load and after I agreed to that then delivered it at $330. Then blamed me for not checking the invoice. I would never do that to a customer. I'm personally very transparent with my customers and I would have called and made sure they knew something was changing. Originally quoted me for 1 hour and then tried to tell me it was taking an hour and a half to drive here drop some sand and leave when I'm only 24 minutes away. The first load took Maybe 10 minutes little longer because the guy got out of his truck and looked around for a moment but every load after that dropped and left. It's not my fault if they hang out or sit around or chit chat.
Very courteous. Driver very conscience about where he was driving truck & also very friendly.
