We were dealing with a persistent pest issue and the owner took the time to hear our concerns and thoroughly check all of the spaces in and around our home to find the source of the problem. Allegiant came shortly after I called them to do an inspection. The technication showed us pictures of what he saw under our crawl space and set up treatment plan. Satisfied with their work.

When we bought our house a year and a half ago we discovered that we had an ant problem. It took three visits but we have not seen an ant in the house since! Our technician, Kevin even checked on the dehumidifier that was installed prior to our purchase by a different company and discovered it wasn’t working. He was able to swap it out with the warranty and now does the maintenance checks and filter swaps on it for us. I’m very happy with the service I receive from Allegient & Kevin.

Tech threatened me, and was cursing, screaming in front of me and my whole family. This guy is a disgrace to the company and i’ll never go back to this pathetic service. He’s lucky he didn’t get the hell beat out of him.
