Absolutely the worst! A long time customer and very disappointed! Can’t fix a simple ac issue and promises to call you back and never does! Stay clear of them. Bad service, bad communication. Sad a once great company that has bad service.

Very unprofessional. Didn't use them because they didn't show when expected and then every time I called, the woman who answered the phone said she had to talk to the plumber and it would be another day. Couldn't give me a date with even a window of their arrival. This went on for 5 days until I found another plumber who actually gave a date and time window. I would have been happy to wait the 5 days if Allegretto would have just given me that date to start with. Not helpful at all.

Feel bad leaving a negative review for local business but have to keep it real-asked them to hook up a gas grill just to be safe and make sure there weren’t any leaks. It took roughly 10 minutes to complete the job. I asked the worker what the cost would be and he told me they’d send me an invoice. It seemed a little shady but figured it would be like 50 bucks max. Ended up getting a bill for $137!! The bulk of which was to pay just for the privilege of them showing up for a “service call”—Lesson learned always get a quote first but total rip off. 2 stars for showing up quickly

They always respond quickly if you leave a message. Repair called in on a weekend and fixed on Monday morning. It wasn’t major so Monday was fine for us. Repair man always knowledgeable and explains the issue.

We have used them for years. Very happy with our service and their team are amazing
