Allen Home Improvement replaced the windows in our home. They were our most affordable estimate. The salesman, Jimmy Porter, was top notch. He was informative, friendly, and patient with our long list of questions. Our replacement windows are so nice! We had to wait about 6 weeks from order for installation but they kept us updated along the way. The installation team was polite, fast, informative, they were friendly to our dog and made sure we understood how to properly open, close, and clean the new windows. We had a great experience with this business!

Allen Home Improvement has replaced 2 roofs on the apartment buildings and did a great job. They were quick, neat and reasonably priced. Our apartment community using them for roofs, window replacements and gutter repairs. They are always quick to respond to issues and fix things correctly. I am so glad to find a fair and honest company.

They didn't do what they told me they were going to do, first and foremost. They were more concerned about saving a few bucks doing my roof and my neighbor the same day they made mistakes. Asked if I was getting gutter guards, told yes then didn't get anything. Same with price to replace rotted wood. Was giving one price but on the day of install they doubled the price of work, so I had to leave rotted facia boards up. They called it a miscommunication, but the real response was it wasn't in the contract. Plus, they told us the gutter people would be fixing facia boards but day of gutter install, the gutter guy didn't want to do any facia repairs and called the office and that is when I got a call about the price being doubled on wood! I had all my windows replaced in the fall. They were in really bad shape. From coming for an estimate to the last window, these guys were awesome! They were professional and helpful throughout the whole thing. Asked several times throughout the process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will be using them again in the future!

I have worked with Allen Home Improvement on 2 separate occasions. The first was back in 2015 when they did our entire roof. Greg was very helpful and got the work done within the week. We were so happy with the job and professionalism that we hired them again to do our siding in 2018. Again, I was impressed with the skill level and professionalism. We had our house appraised after the work was done and the appraiser asked for the siding information because she was so impressed. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to everyone that asks for a referral. Thanks again Greg!
