1. The repair mechanic does not carry a cell phone so should he get lost he goes back home with no callback. 2. They do not except credit cards those you must carry cash or check. 3. Poor customer service does not bode well in a small town/community.
Glenn repaired my refrigerator and in the process gave me some tips and showed me how to do some routine maintenance that I can do to keep my refrigerator running the way it should. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again.
